Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 05 06 2020 minus a £100 management fee. Please send an email to l.mckay@imperial.ac.uk. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. The College reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference at short notice. It will endeavour to provide delegates with as much notice as possible, but will not accept liability for any costs incurred by delegates if the conference is cancelled or postponed. If a conference is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full.
