The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) is a National Laboratory spanning Science, Innovation and Technology. NPL is also collaborating across the EngBio ecosystem both in the UK and internationally to understand and support the next generation of engineering biology solutions, including the requirements for the application of AI and machine learning, the development of process control and modelling systems, alongside support for standards and regulatory requirements working with our partners across the International Measurement System laboratories to ensure UK leadership and alignment on standards and standardisation to support growth and trade.
